Celebrate JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong's 30th anniversary of service excellence with this video, showcasing its rich history and remarkable achievements. As the first phase of Pacific Place development, the hotel has set numerous records and continuously upgraded its facilities to enhance comfort for guests and staff. Featuring interviews with the General Manager, Director, Director of Human Resources, and various staff members, the video delves into the hotel's legacy and the dedication of its team.

Challenges & Approach

Editing this video was particularly interesting and challenging, especially when turning old photos into 3D-like videos. By defining different layers within the photos and extending their areas, I used Adobe After Effects to combine them and create camera angles that produced a 3D illusion. This technique added depth and brought historical moments to life, enhancing the visual storytelling.
